This is the rangoli I made for Krishnajayanthi. I finished it at about 7:30 pm and it was a sunny evening. While taking a picture, we could not avoid the shadow of a banner falling in the middle of my rangoli. Yellow is my favorite color. I hope you like my small rangoli.

The dot count is 7-1(straight dots). Its not very perfect, as I made a mistake at the left corner 'S'. But I loved the design as it is easy and different.

Last week we had been to Thiruthani for the ear boring ceremony of my grandson (my niece's son).. There were many people selling these peacock feathers otherwise known as "Maiyil Kan" and I could not resist myself from clicking pictures.
