Rangoli: navarAtri special

This is a frame formed by the extension of a hexagonal 4x3 motif. The overall symmetry is 222 (three 180 rotations north-south, east-west and vertical). There are only two strings with the usual up-and-down motion. Inside are OM ( ఓం ) and SrI ( శ్రీ ) in telugu script. See how the little circle after O is common to all of them. The crescents denoting the r sound in SrI below SI again form a nice circular hexagon. Both seem to look like flowers. I am denoting the divinity in these symmetrical patterns instead of attributing human form. Enjoy!

The basic motif is a 3x2 one. This was rotated at intervals of 60 deg and assembled as shown. There are two coloured strings. The pattern has a 32 symmetry (120 deg rotation about the vertical axis and three 180 deg rotations in the plane of the screen making an angle of 60 deg with each other). Enjoy!
