The original JKM sona kolam http://www.ikolam.com/node/14696?p=1930
The Rajam re-produced JKM sona kolam http://www.ikolam.com/node/14808?p=1984
and finally the 're'reproduced JKM sona kolam by me. Everytime I saw JKM's sona patterns, it always tempted to make one myself but as I did not have sufficient time, could not make it earlier than today. I have used 11 - 6 (inbetween) dots to make it easier. I put broad strokes to make this one look bold. Hope I have done 50% justice to the original.
JKM this one is dedicated specially for you - hope you like it
It is an easy way to differentiate the different segments in a complicated chikku kolam with different colors ezhais. Members are using this methodfor easy learning. I have also used tricolors in this .Hope you all like it.
Dot count, easily can be seen!
Hello Friends,This kolam taken from "Aval Vikadan".Dots - 15.Hope you like it.....
This is a modification of the inner design of the rangOli already presented ( http://www.ikolam.com/node/15040?p=1930 ). Many people asked me the question why I leave a gap at the centre. My intention is to make regular sonA squares or extended sOnA squares with two lines with a motif that has only one line. Here is a design for those who want all space to be filled. When this is the case, there are more than two lines, actually five in this case (one each of cyan, orange and pink and two red). Enjoy!

Hi friends,
This is my Navarathri Sikku kolam .. I know it is too late to upload it... Please send your comments...
This is a simple kolam created by me on Durgashtami day. I took the idea from Kolam book uploaded by Raoji on Ikolam. Dot count for all segments is 7 to 1 instead of 5 to 1 as shown in the book. This is drawn with different colours(inspiration from Judy Madam's creation on computer)
Hai to all...this is actually a 6-6 dotted kolam which I tried in kuzhal...ur views on it pl...
This is a unique kolam that I had in my collection. Though this picture was taken long long ago, it was kept in my storage till I decided to upload it today. I happen to love this one very much for its neat design and I am sure many of you will love it too The dots are visible so I am not mentioning it separately here
