This is the cradle which I designed during Krishna Jayanti using thermacoal and metallic colours.
I always imagine ragavendra swami how he must be looking when he was in his thirties or forties .We always gets his picture with white beard .So I tried to paint my young Ragavendra swami. Once again sorry may be resolution of my mobile camera is less hence I am unable to click full proper photo
this is a rangoli done by me with the help of many colours during diwali 2009....!!!!!
This is the second painting, Vishwa roopa of Lord Vishnu. As shown by Lord Krishna during the Gita recitation.
This kolam is also an oldest pattern slightly modified. The dot count is 9-5 inbetween dots, then 2-1 on all the six sides. The yellow colored design is called ' Paavaikkai or bittergaurd' design, we all would have put this so many times. The centre will be usually a star design which I have changed in to a flower design. In the outer colomn also instead of paavaikai, I put small girls like design going around, hoping the younger generations also will continue this Kolam Art.
This is a simple 4(2) to 2 kolam. As the floor was white I drew the kolam with kavi powder. Hope you like the new experiment.
This is a well known dotted kolam for margazhi special fourth day.
