It is a modified padikolam. After seeing BrindhaNagesh madam's kozhal kolams I was tempted to try that by hand. How is it?

This is a dotted kolam. Dot count is 11 to 5, inbetween dots.
Used wet white rice mavu and for red color used food color.
This design I have drawn free hand and filled with color rock salt, put outer border with flower petals....easy to fill.

I was reading story book "Granny's Dragon" by Lisa Mccourt for Sashank and he wanted dragon to wish him in kolam, so after he slept I just hurriedly put this to greet him in the morning for his birth day.
