I draw this kolam on last week in night time.. to participate the diwali contest...(1st one creation) but lata mam tell only one, so i upload the dotted kolam for Diwali...

Hi Friends, This is a free hand drawing that I did on seeing a simple design on a dressing table mirror. I have drawn this on a note book on the spot and did it in a span of 10 minutes. Just thought of sharing it with u all.
1. Cut the colour woollen thread into small pieces.
2. Then grind it in kitchen mixie (if you cut it into large piece, then your mixie will be under repair). It will become a cotton.
3. Draw any design in chart paper.
4. Now paste cotton (woollen)in the chart paper, according to that design.
this small dotted kolam was drawn on last week tuesday.. using the colors, and kavi outline.
the dot couts are : 6 - 6

Dear members,this is my first upload. A simple, cute and elegant kolam that can be drawn at all homes that shall appeal the enterance!! 
There is no complexity here as the kolam by nature is a free hand drawing talent.Just a sense of symmetry in drawing is suffecient.In the near future, will come up with more designs and rangoli with theme based ideas !!
