Hai Friends!!!!!! Hope all are fine at our ikolam family. After a long gap I am visiting ikolam site. Due hectic work load I was not able to visit the site. Now only I find some time to visit the site. slowly I will view all the kolams made by our members & comment. This kolam I made on Tamil New years day... Ur views please.....

We put padikolam on all auspecious days. Today is Kaaradayaan nonbu. It is celebrated at the time of Tamil months Maasi and Panguni meet. It is called Savithri nonbu, since on this day Sathi Savithri fought back her husband Sathyavaan's life from Yamadharma Raja.
So ladies keep vruth and tie a yellow thread in the neck and make sweet and kaara Adai for prasad. .
So it is a simple Padikolam drawn today before pooja with wet maavu and red( Arakku) color powder.

Hai to all....this is d same valentine day kolam but tried in kuzhal(roller)....i was not happy with d outer hexagon border..that is why i tried it as an indoor rangoli..ur views pl...

This is a very very small padikolam which I usually make in pooja room to keep the lamps on it. I am sharing this type of kolams for the first time as I always felt they were too small to share. But some how I gathered courage to publish these little one with you. Hope you all like it. As always your suggestions and comments are welcome.
