Hai Friends!!!! This is an another part of our house golu. It is marriage set, which includes one of our rituals like Nandhi( Worshiping of forefathers)& Seer varisai. The small "choppu" (made out of brass) aging 70years old.

Stars with five-fold symmetry have been arranged in a tetragonal lattice. The overall symmetry is 422 (vertical to the screen four-fold axis with 90 deg rotation, two two-fold axes in the plane of the screen horizonatal and vertical with 180 deg rotation, two diagonal two-fold axes (NE-SW, NW-SE dirns) with 180 deg rotations). The big gaps have been filled with lotus and the small ones with circles. Enjoy!

Friends, here is again my E.kolam.
Done by embroidary, Magic chain.
Whenever i start doing embroidary and to draw design, kolam design is coming to my hand to draw.

I dont enjoy podi kolam as much as maakolam although I try some designs with podi once in a while.
