This kolam picture was sent to us by Mythreyi Varadarajan from Chennai, Anna nagar. And, since she had named her brightly colored kolam "Kanu", I'm guessing that she had made this kolam for Kanu pongal.

These little christmas angels are adorable! Lay down the dots and draw an angel in all four directions. There are four angels and four christmas trees around a small symmetrical rangoli.
