This is dotted kolam. 16-2-2 is the dotts.
This kolam is drawn at my pooja room. So i used pure rice powder and turmeric power to colour. A little rose powder is used. This I am having separatly to put lotus on Fridays.
So simple colour kolam.

This is another familiar star kolam with dot count 17-9 in between dots.2,1 dots on allthe corners. I used maroon and white color powder for drawing and decorating this design in a different way. Hope u all will enjoy this... old wine in a new bottle!

Dot count: straight dots
first 19 X 7, decrease in steps
then 3
then 5 two lines
then 3
then 9 two lines
handle free dots as needed, flowers are free hand drawing, thanks again.

11 to 6 interlaced dots.
