First you take the quantity what you needed for the portion what you want to colour. Then mix the colour powder with the sago and add water little by little. Don't pour more water.

Dear Swathy, Thanks for the comments. The coins are real gold and the lotus are silver dipped in gold. They were purchased for doing Lakshmi Pooja long back. Thank you once again

Thanks for your appreciation.
Recently only I entered this ikolam site and happy to see all your rangolis.Infact we admired all your contributions.
I like traditional rangolis which we can put infront of our house daily.
I am also collecting and creating this type of PADIKOLAMS put in wedding and other auspicious days.
All my collections I will share with you.At present I have come to Singapore to spend sometime with my gaughter and grand children. once I return to India/Bangaluru I'll send all the kolams I have.
want to know more about you all
