About Chuzhikolam : PRINT

With wet kolamaavu I drew this free hand kolam. I realised if the chuzhi put in the opposite direction it would have been a "?" kolam.

Radha, it is drawn with wet rice maavu. Soak rawrice in water for 2 hours and grind it nicely. Make it as thick.as.. milk consistency . Take asmall piece of cotton cloth fols it into a small ball and dip it in the maavu. using your centre or ring finger u can draw the design by pressing the cloth with Kattai viral for the maavu to flow thru the fingers.
By practice u will get ti. In this way u can make kolam very easily with in a short time.

Lovely kolam Rajamma....

Nice imagination Purni..

Radha you can also use the rice flour that is readily available in provision stores (instead of soaking the rice and grinding) for instant use... follow the same method of mixing to milk consistency and applying as Rajamma said - my arsimaav kolams are done with instant rice flour only...
