Here is my first drawing of a Mandala using a software package in one of my Graphic design courses back in 1992 (California).
difficult
- My first Mandala on Computer
- Rangoli
- Red/white flowers
- Swastik Rangoli
- Deer Valley
- Designer kolam in free hand
- Applique work
- Woman's day
- Kolam
- Flowers and leaves
This is my favorite kolam. To make it look more attractive, use only contrast colours.
This simple design on 6 dots 6 lines (straight dots) expanded on all four corners to create this bigger design.
This is a doted swastik rangoli , dots for this 6 x 6 , all sides 2 dots plus free hand also.
It is a modified padikolam. After seeing BrindhaNagesh madam's kozhal kolams I was tempted to try that by hand. How is it?
take any coloured cotton cloth ,trace design and cut out shapely flowers, leaves.use fabric glue to stick and highlight with 3D glitters.mostly contrasting and bright colours will be more attractive.if both the applique designs and the base cloth are of same texture it will stick easily
SHE has so many ROLES to play and so Many things to offer to the Mankind.
Image on the left: 15 to 8 dots. Tried when i was free, fiddling with a pencil. Hope its come out well. Please comment. Will try putting it with kolam powder in front of my house one day and color it. it will definitely look good with colors.
