This simple pattern of JKM's was too tempting to avoid and with a small addition to the design this is what I made. I hope I have done justice and made it correctly. Awaiting your expert comments on this one JKM.
This is one of the few mini kolams done by me. Here I have used the lamp stencil which is also auspicious. Lamp destroys darkness and helps us to connect with the god.
This is a free hand design,,drawn in front of my house during margazhi month
This time I send kuzhal kolam design , for your views.I will come back after few days.
This is drawn with riversand mixed with liquid colors. It is little difficult to draw the lines with sand than filling.
The dot count can be taken from the kolam design it self. This was taken from an Tamil magazine " Snehidhi"
The other day I gave you a simple pattern which is a quickie for all busy people. I combined four of those to form a square pattern that has two lines. The original pattern is also given at the centre. Enjoy!
Regards! - mOhana
This freehand rangoli done with finger technique is being dedicated to all the lovely members of ikolam who have been so supportive all through with their positive comments and suggestions. This was made on the shoe rack where I place my urli with flowers. In fact if you look properly at the picture you will find the shadow of the urli falling on top of the kolam. I started this kolam with a paisley design and continued drawing aimlessly. The final result was quite pleasing to me and hence I am dedicating this to all of you my dear friends. Thanks for the affection now and always...
