This is a freehand kolam.Most of the Fridays my Mom draws this kolam in different styles.
Sorry for the previous kaavi marks ! I tried to scrub it as much as I can (it is so stubborn) I will try to scrub it completely before my next kolam : )

A simple kolam. Thanks to Rajamma maam's technique of coloring I am using them in my kolams now. Thank you Rajamma maam. Dot count 8 x 8.

This is a paDkOlam done with the coat hanger like motif as one of the square sides and a tear drop peacock feather lotus was used to fill the centre. The cut coat hanger was used for borders and lamps surround the outer rim. Enjoy!
