Alphabetic letters of all languages always inspire me and enlighten me. To me, they are a never-ending source for creating new patterns. The basic motif in this pattern was formed with the letter Y. The gaps have been filled with appropriate patterns. Enjoy!

This simple design is made with colored coconut poo and decorated with plastic little flowers and tander Vazhaipoo ( banana flower). I think it should be called vegitable/poo kolam.

Hi this is a well-known free hand kolam, drawn in front of my house during margazhi..photo was taken in 3 angles..1.normal photo(from ground)2.from 9th floor,3.zoom from 9th floor.Upon seeing this it looked different, I have collaged in photoshop thought of sharing this with you all.
