This is my very own simple kolam which was made on my shoe rack. After drawing the kolam I decided to add the ear bud touch and was happy with the result (could have been neater though)..

This simple pattern of JKM's was too tempting to avoid and with a small addition to the design this is what I made. I hope I have done justice and made it correctly. Awaiting your expert comments on this one JKM.

This is drawn with riversand mixed with liquid colors.It is little difficult to draw the lines with sand than filling.
The dot count can be taken from the kolam design it self. This was taken from an Tamil magazine " Snehidhi"
