After a long time, I was able to do only a small maa kolam for Karthigai. Though it is very small and simple, just thought of sharing it with you all. This is my first kolam in this new house.

Hi Friends, This is a free hand drawing that I did on seeing a simple design on a dressing table mirror. I have drawn this on a note book on the spot and did it in a span of 10 minutes. Just thought of sharing it with u all.

This is my maiden attempt in making a free hand rangoli with reference to the second design (Right hand side). It reminds me of the proverb - Too may cooks spoil the broth. In the enthusiasm of creating a rangoli design, I feel that I have done too much of decoration to this. Anyhow, still wanted to share it with you all. Please let me know your comments.
Hi Friends, I have done this padi kolam by referring to one of the uploads made by one of our well known member. Can anyone guess what is that kolam that I'm referring to? Hope this will not be too boring.

This is the kolam that I made for Ganesh chathurthi. This is my last kolam on this lovely red tiled floor, as we are moving to a new apartment. I'm not sure whether I'll be able / allowed to make kolams on the entrance floor in the new house. Still I'll be in touch with you all atleast through the commenting section. I'll try to make kolams through some other medium like BB etc.... Otherwise I'll try to practise PC kolams and upload it for you.
Hi Friends, Wish u all a very happy Krishna Jayanthi. This is the kolam that I made for this day with small Krishna padhams. I think this is Madanna (Rangoli called as madanna in Rajasthan), but I'm not sure. Got this design from web browsing. Please let me know your views.
Hi All, This is the Octopus kolam for our Cruise theme. Again I'm so so happy today as this kolam is also out of my own imagination. Whether it is looking good or not, I'm so happy that I was able to design a sea creature in kolam pattern. I used the dots as 6-2-2. Please let me know your views.
