I tried for the first time Hridaya Kamala kolam in the floor with kola podi today. Please kindly correct me if there is any mistake so that I can draw better.

Dear friends.. Here is a dotted carpet kolam done with dried coconut poo which was left over after Vishu... so added some food colour to it and dried them. J) It was very difficult to spread them.... some how managed to get a shape. Hope you all like this. Your views please. 
Dear friends after a long time I tried one simple kolam on my kitchen top.Though the photo quality is not good I am just sharing it.A simple puzzle piece like design is repeated everywhere/joint in different angles to get this design. I have only colored the inbetween gaps.If you are interested in this type of kolams I have some more for you to try!
