Very pretty design and coloring too...looks like a lamp design to me..If the surface is rough then your nail hurts a lot...

Thanks Rani (She was too happy to walk with her new pair of footwear , Subashini, Sowmya (thanks, you saw some design in it, As I was scratching hard to define an element in it, finally a bird showed up for your comments.
I find my nails get in contact with the surface when I draw a back stroke.

Judy (I much comfortable in making chikku kolams and I never experimented pookolams, which requires a perfect grid spacing Reminds me of your ringa ringa roses kolam. And after joining ikolam I tried freehand style inspired by Lakshmi. With your encouraging words, I'll try to venture pookolams too, Thanks for the motivation
