This is my Invention :)... The Dot Count would be 3-5-7-7-7-5-3(straight dots). Hope You all like it!
One more Good morning kolam. the dot count is 9 to 5 in between dots.
This kolam is dotted one. 9 to 5 inbetween dots.Since I liked Lata's new discovery in naming a kolam with color I too wanted to use the name so put this kolam and colored it.
a special kolam in the mud floor after a week of unexpected showers, for which i was praying and longing to lord Ganesha. As the mantra quotes"vakrathunda....sarva karyeshu sarvatha",he made the day dawn bright with sun.i quenched my week long yearning.still the unevenness on floor persists, trying to pave it up soon.
a special faux image of ganesh made of arisi maa,on the day of vinayaga chathurthi
"Vakratunda Mahaakaaya
Suryakotee Sama Prabha
Nirvighnam kuru mey Deva,
Sarva kaaryeshu Sarvadaa"
(O Lord Ganesha of Large body, curved trunk, with the brilliance of a million suns, please make all our work free of obstacles, always.)
May The Lord of Beginnings Shower His WOnderful Blessings On One and All!!
Wishing You all a very Happy Ganesh Chaturthi!!!

Hi this is a free hand rangoli. drawn in fornt of my house to-day morning for
GOWRI-GANESHA
HAPPY GOWRI-GANESHA TO ALL FRIENDS.
This is something I started last year. The left part with four-fold symmetry was done last year in September. The right one with six-fold symmetry was done today. To mark the occasion of gaNESa pUjA, these are presented here. The elephant's ear is part of the OM after the dEvanAgari u. The eye of another elephant completes the Om. Thus this is a collage of the elephant shaped god and the praNava mantra Om together. The voids form flower-like structures.
