For decoration have used the floating candles, n the standard diyas.
This is a rangoli done in water for navarathri.My white kola poodi is slightly mixed with rice flour hence I could see some slight mixing with water
This is a kaavi and maa kolam with dots 15 to 8 center dots and 3 to 1 at all 6 sides.
This kolam is only for the beginners..

Traditional kolam with kaavi put for the Navratri celebrations in our basement.
Here is a dIpAvaLi rangOli. It has three types of lamps - hexagonal, triangular and oval. Incidentally, each type represents the type of symmetry in that area. Enjoy!
