About Red pookkolam No1 : PRINT

After doing some pooja, we received a garland made of cute little red roses. You know I could not throw them just like that. So thought of making small small pookkolams even after Onum is over.Enjoy this design with Velvet red rose petals .

Yes, these velvet red rose garland was given after some pooja/Homa along with prasadham. I still preserve half of it to be used in kolam. Hope you'll like even the dried petals
Sowmya, in Kerala, for making pookkalam, they use the flower-petals, cut into small pieces, but somehow I donot feel like cutting them, so use them like this only.
