Naraka Chaturdashi 2012: My attempts on SB rangolis is on.... hoping for betterment each time....comments welcome.

1. Soak raw rice for 20 minutes, drain water, and dry it thoroughly. 2. Grind this coarsely to a rawa consistency. 3. Heat oil and when hot, add mustard seeds, when they splutter add channa dal, urdh dal, red and green chillies, curry leaves. Then add water along with hing and salt and bring to a nice boil.
