hi to all, i used color powder + kolappoddi (which is in market)i did for pongal rangoli competition (in my area) i got 1st prize too, i like to share this with u all.
NOTE:
for brightness & perfect look, add table salt or beach sand mix it with color powder, make it dry for 3 to 4 hours
