This is the picture of a small Golu kept in my home on the last 3 days of Navrathri. Since the room is small I could keep only a small Golu. It was done in a hurry. And My assistant Rehana helped me in decoration. This Photo was taken on the Saraswathi Pooja day. I could not cover the Chettiyaar selling the groceries in his 'Mall' and My grandson's little zoo which are kept on the side, in this photo.Had a nice time making Sakkarai pogal, vadai and different types of sundal.On all the nine days chanted Lalitha Sahasranamam, Devi Mahathmiyum ( one chapter) and Soundharya Lahari with all my pooja friend ladies in our community Hall. Enjoyed seeing all the Navrathri special kolams from ikolam friends.
