Rangoli: Kaarthigai Deepam

Karthigai is the month of Deepams. I put a small rangoli and kept all the lamps in stock around it. ( can you make out the 'Allauddin' Deepam which is a Parrot Diya turning its head back and the elephant diya?)

Rangoli: Diwali Rangoli Contest kolam

This is a dotted kolam. Using 13-7, and3,2,1 on all sides( inbetween dots )this design was drawn.
I have used colored kolam powder to fill the rangoli. Since Diwali is
a festivel of lights , the darkness removed by rays of light, the kolam is decorated with Diya's. To give a divine look added flowers around the rangoli.Hope You all will enjoy this.

Rangoli: Flower decoration

Recent Sarita madam's pookolam made me upload this pookolam done during the last month poornima day pooja.

Rangoli: Festivel of lights

This is the simple Rangoli decorated with Diyas and flowers ,I put in the corridor of our flat on the Diwali night. Hope you all enjoyed Diwali with great fun, eating sweete and bursting crackers with family and friends.

Rangoli: Dotted kolam

This is a dotted kolam, made with rice paste at my home.

Rangoli: Green Parrots ginguchaa rangoli

What these green parrots are discussing? Anything about the Saturday Meet of the ikolam birdies in GREEN?

Rangoli: Chikku kolam with tricolor

It is an easy way to differentiate the different segments in a complicated chikku kolam with different colors ezhais. Members are using this methodfor easy learning. I have also used tricolors in this .Hope you all like it.
Dot count, easily can be seen!
