Rani, this is my belated gift[belated] for your birthday.I wish you become a Rani in wet maavu kolam drawing also.
Hi Everyone,
I am new to Ikolam family. My first kolam for your review.
This is a simple, well-known and a easy kolam which I did recently for my friend's housewarming function.
Hai to all...hope you like this multicolour kolam(had a very tough time with this kolam
...this is my 3rd try J)...one time d col choices were not satisfactory, another time wind just blew away d centre part) done by me recently....eagerly waiting for your views
Congratulations Ranima for completing three years at ikolam and best wishes to continue here for many many years. Hope you like this humble gift from me for your third anniversary. :party: :party: :love: :love: :love: :love: :love:
This is one of the kolam from Veni ma'm gallery. I joined the 9 X 9 units with a small center unit. Some day would try in real
This is the Valentine's Rangoli I did for Valentine's Day but due to a busy schedule I was unable to upload it. Hope you all like this. Dot count is based on the pattern of the rangoli.
Rani's third anniversary announcement triggered a quick time check regarding others' anniversaries and hence this celebratory-champagne kolam! :love: We're celebrating some of our long-term members' anniversaries here at ikolam! I need to start mentioning from a few of our members that have been actively posting here for the past seven years! I'll then mention members that have been with us for six years, five years, four, and then three. Since it is already past 12am where I live, I'm going to write the names in the morning. But you're more than welcome to guess out the names/yrs here in comments to have some fun.
The floor is wooden, the medium is rice paste, the coloring at the bottom is colored sand. At the top you will see the bottles colored as champagne bottles in Photoshop. Hope you like it.
In the meantime, cheers to you, you and you! Let's party! :party: :beer:

Tried Mohanaji's pattern on the paper with colored pencils.
I've used one more level other than Mohanaji. Here is the level of complexity:
n = 0, no of lines = 0, no of dots = 1
n = 1, no of lines = 1 (1 green), no of dots = 5
n = 2, no of lines = 5 (4 green, 1 pink), no of dots = 25
n = 3, no of lines = 9 (4 green, 4 pink, 1 blue), no of dots = 61
n = 4, no of lines = 13 (4 green, 4 pink, 4 blue, 1 purple), no of dots = 113
n = 5, no of lines=17, (4 green, 4 pink, 4 blue, 4 purple, 1 orange) no of dots = 181
Thank you for the workout, Mohanaji.
