Hi Everybody.... Tried a Dancing Lotus Kolam on my own...... the dot count would be 3-5-7-7-7-5-3(straight dots).... Hope You all like it!!!
On Krishna Jayanthi, I put this kolam infront of Thulsi. By the time the wet maavu kolam dried I was busy with other works and hence did not put kaavi. To make it bright I took the help of MS paint and drew the Kaavi. So kolam is real and Kaavi is false.( Idea from Indira Sunder)
This design taken from an kolam book, dot count 15-8 inbetween dots
The dots for this kolam is begins with eleven.and then nine dots with two lines, then five dots two lines then one.
I made this chikku kolam last month. I had forgotten to send it
The dot count is 19 by 1.
The difference between this and hck-10 is that the same basic motif was rotated by 90 degrees and assembled together. This has four strings. Thus the starting orientation is quite important for the final product. The central gap was filled with another design. Enjoy!
