A cute and lovely design! I always felt the small designs are the ones that come in handy for all of us, at any given day. Women have to do so many things in a methodical manner, day in and day out with many time constraints. Smaller designs are faster to color, and enable us to move on with the day in a quicker manner, regardless of our living environment (apartment or a mansion).
You're lucky to have witnessed it.
I'm yet to see one. Here in California, we've only come across the red and the pink Epiphyllum cactus varieties. I too have the pink one, but it is a small plant. God knows when that might bloom.
Thank you Lata! I am new to iKolam, so uploading last Margazhi's kolams now only. Also to make it interesting I keep a different genre and try doing that. It gives us a new energy to create more new ideas
Wow, looks like Margazhi mazhai has already started in Vidhya's world!
All your geometric patterns are wonderful! Nice collection to enjoy, after your birds collection...all of them are one of a kind. I love how each artist has her or his own style!
its just that you have to clean them up well....if it is rangoli powder kolams i try to clean with a paint brush for the intricate countertop kolams-....as i had mentioned earlier, if you just devote sometime for cleaning, the kolam sort of blooms and brightens...my analysis...:)
The kolam and the diya-decoration are all very nice! Thank you for sharing it here with us.

Wow! The yellow and red Gerbera daisies are so vibrant, against the navy-blue flowers. Nice portable rangoli idea.

Once again, thank you so much for these tips! I'd arrange them separately to showcase from a prominent page.
Drawn this freehand rangoli for this Diwali.
