Ingredients:
onion 1
Basmathi rice - 1 cup
ginger,garlic paste- 1/2 tsp
coriander leaves
gloves-2
cinnamon-1
chilli- 3
coriander powder- 1/2 tsp
cashew -3
butter - 1tsp
oil-2 tsp
peas- 1/2 cup
method:
1.keep a pan in a stove
2.Add Butter in a pan, after that add oil too.
3.When oil heats, add the gloves,cinnamon,onion, chilli.
4.Saute the onion well and make it to turn brown.
5.Now add the peas,cashew,ginger-garlic paste and saute well.
6.Then add the salt, coriander powder.
7.Then add water.
8.add coriander leaves.
9.When water starts to boil add rice and little ghee.
10.make 2 whishle to cook.
11.serve it hot.
side dish`
cauliflower manchurian, panner fry is good combination to serve

Wow....thanks kiruthiga for this wonderful and tempting peas pulav recipe.......i need this very badly after a lot of sweet pongal and ven pongal......

thanks a lot kiruthiga, i tried it for my lunch today and got appreciations from raja, i added some mushrooms too, it tastes very good, thanks again
