English only

We would like to remind everyone that English is the language that we use to write and "speak" in this site. We see that some of the members who write in Tamil or Tanglish are not providing the translations. We refrained from putting up stringent rules, so as to not spoil the fun for those who enjoyed "speaking" in Tamil, but, we're afraid that has got to change.
Also, we are finding it harder to answer to people's complaints regarding this issue. We might start deleting comments that are not written in the language that members from all over the globe can understand.

Ok Latha, point noted. [Some expressions are better conveyed in Tamil, I mean, some words of appreciation, some rhyming words etc].

From what I understand, people may use any language including Tamil. If any language other than English is used, it must be accompanied by an English translation so that the rest too can enjoy the contents including the remarks and repartees.

sorry, very very sorry Lata, saw this blog only just now.
Since last week I was not in touch with ikolam, this escaped my attention.
So Birthday wishes(belated) to ikolam was sent in Tamil without translation.
I'll translate it soon. If you feel that it should be deleted you can do so.
Once again sorry for the ommision on my part.
