The only difference I find between your kolam and Meena's friend's kolam is that your lamps are facing outside while that kolam the lamps are facing inside - other than that it is identical. Excellent kolam Brindha - the colour combination, shading, drawing, strokes etc etc etc - so perfect :) One gets complete satisfaction looking at a kolam like this - hats off :) Nithya this is a dotted kolam as Meena had mentioned it is 21 - 1 dots I think :)

Splendid Work Brindha Maam.. The most attractive element in the kolam is the lamp and its decoration with bold outlines.. Loved your coloring and shading work..
