how to tie saree to the kalasam for varamahalakshmi pooja

Hi harshu, tieing saree would be difficult for the amman moham, I stitch a nice pavadai with one side open and tie to the kalasam. I hope this would be easy also.

http://www.ikolam.com/node/6843?p=1996 - here is pic of last year celebration at our home. My mom has draped the saree.
Here are the steps she follows
She uses a copper water pot (bindige/koDam?) and on top of it keeps the main kaLasa.
First she ties the sarees around the pot, (she did some twist & double fold to get two borders, quite confusing for me Smile ). She says its the normal way we drape the saree for kids.
Then the pallu is taken around the main kaLasa.
We have a T kind of frame at the back so that the garlands/flowers get some extra support.
