Thanks jayantI ma'am for the pictures. I have a feeling these may not be from Netherlands. They must be from Menton (on the France-Italy border) on the French Riviera. The trees also are tropical, not northern. Here are some more links. You may also see the words in the French in the second link. Each year they have a theme and accordingly the models are built.
