Nice Pattern

I was watching a movie on the computer and saw this pattern and took a screen shot. Looks like some place in Malaysia, probably Kuala Lumpur. The pattern surrounding the centre has 14-fold and the pattern on the outside has 13-fold symmetry. Not sure whether it has any religious significance in Islam. Thought of sharing. Of course, you may guess the movie

I think the movie is Paarthale paravasam , madhavan, simran and sneha. Am i right ? bcos i remeber watching something like this in one song from that movie. nee dhan en desiya geetham vandhana vandhana.
