Yamuna maam a very pretty flower kolam and lovely combination... just one suggestion sometimes when we do kolams the dots will be visible try to cover those dots with the background color as in your case paint it pink

I think it is helpful to keep the dots visible (and in a contrasting color too), as the dot grid can be of use to members who might need to make a similar kolam. This is the only reason I keep the dots (in my work) in a bigger size too, so there is no guess work with the dot count (this way people can count the dots themselves by looking at the design, even it is not mentioned in the description). Nice pink cotton flowers Yamuna. :)

I go with you Lata. When you put kolams on the floor with kolapodi the dots get merged with the design so it is sometimes difficult to guess the dot count, but when it is done on the computer is is always better to show the dots for ease of reference.. Yamuna this is a really bright set of pink cotton ready to be woven into a lovely saree :)
