Ingrediants-Paneer pieces
Spinach
1 onion chopped
1 tomato chopped
2 tsp garam masala
1 spoon cumin powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp ghee or oil
Salt to taste
Method- Heat ghee in a low medium flame.Add cubed paneer and heat until light brown. Remove and get aside.Fry onion pieces until light golden brown.Add spinach and cook until it cooked into a paste.Add spices and chopped tomatoes to spinach curry.Add half cubed paneer also.cook for about 10 minutsin a medium heat.Serve hot with roti.
