Hi everybody,
We got back from our vacation yesterday. And, I have started updating the site with all of your kolams. I will also start answering my kolam-emails from today onwards, so please bear with me. When I left for our vacation, I really thought I could keep the site updated on a daily basis, no matter where I was, and so, I did not feel the need to mention that I was going to be gone for a while. But I did not anticipate the kind of network access I would get in India (at various places). Sorry for not uploading your topical kolams/rangolis on time. Now that I am back, I plan to catch up quickly. Thank you very much for your support and understanding.

Hi Lata,
Hope you enjoyed your trip to india. I came to know thru lakshmi that you all had a mini meet in chennai. I wish you a belated happy new year 2010. I have posted a new year wish for you in the admin New layout any problems let us know? Whenever you find time please go through it. it was boring for some time initially, then i thought some how everyone should also be busy in ikolam also. to an extent it was busy for some time as i was posting some topics in the cafe hope you don't mind. Please let me know how many kolams are with you. Not a hurry, take your own time.

That's good news Lata.... Recover from your jet lag and press F5 and get back to work (hehe)... waiting to see a new string of kolams soon

I too understand your position, and how was your trip to India? Did you visit coimbatore? Even i too uploaded some kolams. is it possible for you to let me know how many kolams are pending from my id? If so please inform when you are free and relaxed. I am having some more kolams to upload, when can i upload those kolams?

Hi Lata! Hope you are back to route after holidays, a small request, i have sent 3 kolams during 2-3 week of December 2009. But i haven't seen those kolams in the recent kolams. Can you please clarify whether you have received the kolams or am i have to resent the kolams again? Please, don't feel bad as iam disturbing you. Sorry!

Hi All,
I have just now registered to this iKolam. I just wanted to know about uploading the rangoli's. Is it a photo to be uploaded or a scanned picture drawn by hand. Can any one tell me about this.

It could be both; a photo or a scanned image. Here are the guidelines to post:

Hey lata, once again sorry to bother u. I posted a kolam some long time back with my MIL. Hers came and i don;t see mine. I just want to knw whether u received it or not. Take ur own time and then let me know. Hey i didn't know that u were going to India. I wish i go to India now. that's o.k.
