About Markazhi kolam : PRINT

This is to welcome markazhi. WE put the flowers in centre all the 30 days.In markazhi month where the rangoli puts and the flowers placed (we called it as poo pillaiyar)Lord krishna will comes to that home.I heard it in a upanyasa.But before that it is started from my childhood.

Nice carpet-like rangOli with delicate colours. The outer design looks like a pair of swans or the end of a triSUlam.

Madhuharini, very beautiful Margazhikolam. The thrishul design is looking nice. Yes we too keep red pumpkin creeper's flower on a cowdong pillaiyar in the centre of the kolam during Margazhi thingal.

Madhu I can see a carpet peeping from the top left corner to see its rangoli cousin- looks like you have matched the shape with that of your carpet - cute one

Very beautiful kolam Madhuharini. The center design as well as the outer trishul and the colour combination is very nice. Hope we will enjoy some more margazhi kolams from you.
