Potato and cabbage manchurian

Ingredients:

potatoes 3 or 4

Cabbage 200 gms

maida 2tbs

Cornflour 1tbs

soy sauce 1 tsp

salt to taste

ginger garlic paste

Ajina moto

Method:

Mix all the above ingredients to a dough (consistency can be a bit thicker than chappati dough).
Make small balls and deep fry in medium flame.

can be served with vegetable soup, tomato soup or sweet corn soup.

hey sorry forgot to say that the potatoes need to be cooked and mashed and then added with the cut cabbage and rest of the ingredients.
