Very beautiful intricate work in stone. Our temples are museums by themselves. What is that on the statue's face? Pottu with chandan?Looks very bright./

The top left and right circles are looking like kolam design with the round borders.

Yes, that does look like pottu with sandalwood paste, wish the picture could be a bit more brighter.
