About Rangoli competition : PRINT

My sister Uma works with LIC Bombay. They had a rangoli comptn in their office. These are some of the entries, her entry being the one with green and pink squares. I will ask her to become a member of Ikolam.

Giving below the karanja/karanji preparation : Ingredients: maida....half Kg (for making the outer cover ) For fillings: sugar(Powder) .....half Kg (better to grind the sugr rather than buying the powder) Rava....half Kg Dry coconut (copra)....half Kg kaskas ...100gm charulli...100gm til(seasame) .....200gm yellichi(cardamom) ...15-20 kaju.....50gm kismiss(dry grapes)...50gm
