The "upload" button is located in the site menu, and participants must choose the appropriate category of contest from the "upload" dropdown during the entry-upload process.

Not yet.
Rangoli contest would be conducted for Diwali. These are Navratri contests; Golu, Marapachi doll decor, and Sundal making contests (a new one here at ikolam). J)
