Fun activities for March
Hi everybody,
I was looking at the rest of the days for the month, in the calender, and couldn't help noticing that Spring has already sprung into action today! Yes, it is March 20th - the first day of spring! 
Ugadi is right around the corner and we know all of our Telugu/Kannada friends would be busy getting ready for it. I can't wait to feast on the Ugadi rangolis! And Pachadi, ofcourse. :bigsmile:
Here are a few more ideas that we might want to participate in, if we want to add more zing to our lives, in the upcoming days.
1) Let's come up with random ideas to talk about, that has to do with color. The colors of spring are so inspiring and it motivates us to surround us with vibrant colors in the form of various things, be it natural, or man-made. How about sharing pictures of colorful things that we like, or use in our home-decor, that reminds us of the spring season?
2). March 28th is marked as "something on a stick day". Can you think of something to make on a stick, and share with us? C'mon, surprise us! Let's have some fun enjoying our friends' creations. :party:
3). March 29th - is pickle day! We would like you to post a picture of your favorite pickle. Yes, do tell us a little bit about it. It is even better if you could post a recipe of your favorite pickle.
4). March 30th - is Doctor's day! Who wants to go see a doctor? Not me, thank you! (no offense Dr.Shetty) :O
Please make an apple rangoli and share with all to keep the doctors away for good. :beer:
I too want to participate in these fun activities, and so am already ready with a picture for the first one. And, I do have an idea or two for the rest of the three. I can't wait to see the goodies...
Do you think it is fair to allocate 10 points for each category? Who wants to judge our pictures? Go ahead, shout out the names...

Mohanaji seems to be a lot more busier these days, since he has been absent from ikolam in the last few weeks.

Me... as Judge?!!!Oh....can I do justice to that honourable job? But I will try to do it if all the members support me.( I need atleast one or two to share the responsibility with me.OK?.
( Few days back my dearest friend passed away due to cancer. I am so depressed that not able to draw even small rangolis.Only yesterday I could see some of the ikolam uploads and comment. So I think I may not be able to participate , but will definetely enjoy/comment and justify the merits of all the contributions.)

Oh!!!!. I'm very late to enter this post. So, Lata, hw was the fun activities for Mar'12. Is everything over?
