@Mahalakshmi,
Materials : Thin cardboard, golden color paper, golden color ribbon, craft glue, half split stones, half split pearls(bottom is flat so easy to stick with glue)
Process: Cut the cardboard and golden paper as per your required layout , then border it with golden ribbon and decorate them with stones and pearls.
Very easy, It took me max 2 hours
