Unable to Upload Rangoli

Hi Latha,

I am trying to upload kolams but could not do it as there is a error message displayed saying that the file size 28MB exceeded. Can you please look into this and let me know if something is wrong at my side?

My file size is of 2MB.

I had sent you an email on this. I am not sure if this is the right place to share the problems. Wanted to communicate this to you.

Dear veena...i think u can resize ur image in ms pic manager...a fairly big size image for us to enjoy better can be even within 250 kb....pl choose edit in ms pic manager and then choose resize...u can type 550 pixels in d first box and then click ok and save...ur new file size will be within 230 kb....pl try and see...

Hi Veena,
My apologies for the late response. I'm still catching up with my emails.
Regarding reducing the image-size, you could try to follow ammu's instructions. Your image can be as big as 700 to 800 pixels wide.
Also, I've cleared up space in your account, and so you shouldn't face space-limit issue for a while.

Thanks Rani Mam and Lata for your response. I am able to upload now. Rani mam - i reduced the file size but was trying to crop the image - i dont know the why the file was not getting cropped. Please advise.

Hi veena...glad u could upload some kolams for us....i think first u can finish cropping ur image and then reduce ur file size...pl try it this way...which pic editing software r u using...ms pic manager, ms office or anything else ...pl try and let me know..
