Very beautifully drawn and colored. The red colors look like velvet. The yellow structures sitting on top of magenta flowers look like flickering candles. The center-most design is very pretty. I missed your kolams in January, and I'm so glad you're back.

Come to think of it, this is very similar to Manivasuki's contest rangoli, of course with your own variations to the dotted kolam. Thanks for giving us another variation for the 13-7 dotted series of designs.

Yes Lata, me too thought of Manivasuki's rangoli. Prema has done another beautiful version of it. It is brightly colored.

Wow this is really very pretty - the colours you have used here are too good (can you please tell us where you got them from??). The red is so vibrant making the entire kolam very eye-catching.. Of course I too thought of Vasuki's kolam (http://ikolam.com/node/2964?p=2538) and we also had Jagadha trying out the same kolam (http://ikolam.com/node/10003?p=590)... Each kolam speaks a different language though. Though Vasuki's kolam is very very decorative your colouring takes the cake (unfortunately we could not see Jagadha's colouring properly due to dull lighting)
