Chop all the vegetables. Add 6 cups of water and cook all the vegetables in a pressure cooker up to 3 or 4 whistles. Let it cool. Strain the water into a bowl. Grind the cooked vegetables with the juice extractor or mixie and strain the soup into the same bowl. Mix all the soup together and add salt if needed. Heat the soup upto drinkable level and add pepper powder. Serve hot.

Hi Friends, Spring is started here and we are planning our veggie patch. Please give me some ideas.. Particularly, i want to know some seeds from our kitchen to garden.. I tried vendayam, but methi leaves did not come very well..tried chilli seeds also..that too didn't work..pls give me some tips.. Thanks Arthy
