This is wet maa kolam I made in my front of house. There are two steps and I thought why usual straight line a different leaf one for my friends. Hope you will like this.

A border design put on Vijayadashmi day in front of the Kolu. Have used Kundan stones to add some glow to the same.

Kolam under my temple altar. Also bordered it with kaavi as it looks better on the white flooring.

I took the basic motif of dots with three rows and four columns (single string) and built them as shown to get a frame with borders with the given motif. (I have deliberately left out the number of strings. It is a problem for you to find out 
I believe this frame will serve as a nice background for photographs. Enjoy!
